As founding pastor of CrossingPoint Christian Church in Rosharon, Texas, Dr. Craig Hayes sees pastoring as one of the BEST jobs in the world! For this reason, he also serves as lead counselor for The Lighthouse Center, PAC Committee Chair for Fort Bend Pastors Association, Southwest District Overseer for Shepherds Watch International Fellowship (SWIF), and the founding president of CPI, helping fellow pastors in the U.S. and abroad better serve their congregations.  Craig holds a Masters of Christian Administration and Doctor of Divinity from Atlantic Seminary and is the author of The Nehemiah Challenge: Rebuilding the Broken Gates of Your Life. The proud father of six with Shannon, his wife of 27 years, Dr. Hayes is delighted to serve the CrossingPoint congregation, surrounding communities and the greater Body of Christ!

As a wife, mother of six, chef & minister, Shannon is most honored to be a child of God & servant of the Lord. Charged with overseeing ministry to Youth & Families , she has lovingly served the CrossingPoint ministry for 19 years. 

Dallas Theological Seminary student, Sommer Hayes, has a gift for teaching and a love for connecting unique people groups in the Church to serve in unity.  Sommer plays a vital role in helping to develop strategy to effectively execute the vision of CrossingPoint Church.
